So, first you "mistakenly" type out /kill streak in o chat, which deserves a mute to begin with, then you start talking on tangents to the discussion in OffTopic. Finally, you continue to make trollish remarks, the last being "Yes mother". So no, I don't think your voice is needed in OffTopic being that you didn't contribute anything except annoying the people having conversations.
