[Skill] Gift Tweaks

Recently a restriction has been added to the Merchant's skill "Gift". If the target is to far away, you can not send their gift. So I have a recommendation that will make things better for the Merchant, but still fair and logical. I think that if the user is far away you should have to wait longer for it to "gift". Just like mail, the further you are the longer it would take. If the target is 100 blocks away, it should only take 10 seconds at most. If the target is 5000 blocks away, it should take 10 minutes or so. With it taking that long, there shouldn't be a distance restriction, just a time difference with how far apart you are from each other. Obviously the times could be played with, but I think this should be changed. Also maybe you could select an item in your inventory to gift, so that when you are waiting 10 minutes or whatever you don't have to sit there with your cursor over it. Also it shouldn't break when doing something else.

Let me know what you guys think, if this is logical or not, or even possible to code.
