Position applying for: Guide, again.
Age|Timezone: I am 15 years old and I live in the GMT timezone.
How long have you been on Herocraft?: I started around mid January 2012
Important: (Warning, may contain arrogance and stupidity)
Why do you think you would make a good guide?: I don't need to say why I think I'd be a good Guide, because I know I was one. (I warned you) I made some really shitty mistakes, some are publicly known, some aren't, but I am deeply sorry for all of them. I have anger management issues and it gets me into all sorts of crap, it's one of those things I acknowledge, but don't try to do anything about it. The last few weeks before I was demoted I had a lot of crap going on in-game and out-of-game. I got impatient about some things involving staff and my fellow Guides. I said horrible things about Staff and a couple players. It was a really unprofessional and rude of me. I misused permissions which had been granted to me, the result meant all Guides with the perms lost them too. In some ways, I'm just happy not to have been banned.
I was meant to talk about what would make a me a good Guide, not why I was a bad one, but I need to show improvement and I can't do that without acknowledging my flaws first. I've had a lot of time to think about my actions, it didn't take long to realise I was wrong, it has taken time however, to work on how to fix them.
I know if given the chance to be a Guide again, I will not make those stupid mistakes and I can show how I'm not a complete dickhead. For those people I was rude to, I apologise for all the bullshit I said, I just got angry over nothing. I will be much more careful with how I use my perms and never use them for my own gain. I've been working on scrapping my arrogant and aggressive attitude and I know people will see that, if given the chance to show it.
Additional info you would like to tell us?:
My timezone has never really had too many Guides, I was one of the few on the other side of the world able to help when the Americans slept. I really feel that I made a difference for players on this side of the world. I always helped players in Help and Tour chat. If I was online and someone needed help, I was there helping them. It even lead to people shouting at me because I was in the middle of a Mob Arena or PvP and suddenly stopped to help newbies. While I was online I wouldn't allow PEs to not be assigned. If a PE was made, it would straight away get assigned and organised to the right section. Guides are limited in powers, but I would still use all of them to their fullest to help other players. If a player across the map needed a block check, I would make the journey if a Mod wasn't available. I would rarely leave Spawn so that I could help the newbies just leaving the tutorial, which they never read, so I could say all the stuff they ran past.
My old app if you feel the need to see it too: http://herocraftonline.com/main/threads/guide-app-_kittygotwet_.15859/
There is a new map coming soon with a grey list system which means there will be a lot more new players. Guides will play an important role in the start of this new map. More will be needed, even if you don't choose me, someone else will need to be chosen. I know some people won't forgive me, which is fine, because you don't have to, I just want to be able to help those who need it and show you that I'm not the same dickhead.
I regret and apologise every mistake I've made, I promise to improve and I hope you give me one more chance.
