Random Question Time: The Perfect Game

What's your idea of the perfect video game?

I think my ideal MMO would be Herocraft taken up to 11- Minecraft no longer restricts it's vision and Heroes can do what it wants, but the ability to create your own towns and everything remains. I like the Lore and setting how they are, but "outgrowing" Minecraft would let them be realized in a whole new way.

Idk I'd rather be able to do what ever I want in the world than have a perfect simulation (like real life) of Mass Effect or something.

Like some kind of top-tier computer system or methodology that can produce a flawless illusion of reality, nothing quite as meta as proof that existence exists (unless I'm misunderstanding you, Kalkyte).

Like the movie gamer sort of...except that movie was weird and sucked. Or Tron but better. Or reality but better

Shogun Total War 2 is probably the most realistic game I've ever gotten my hands on. It is in my top 5 if I was to rate it by perfection. #1 if I was to rate by strategy games.

A faction-based MMORPG Turn based strategy game where each unit is controlled by other players like an FPS. Generals would be elected based on skill or elected from within the factions and coordinate attacks among squads. The game would take place on a galactic scale (similar to spore) and would be composed of space, air, land, and sea combat. Players could be chosen to pilot vehicles if they are skilled enough (determined by higher officers).

tl;dr: galactic scale warfare on steroids
