Patch Notes 3.81

[Kainzo]

Crafting EXP is now FIXED!
TNT & Creeper Explosion = FIXED

Changes:
Skill Constrict (movement slow) granted to Bloodmage.
Skill SummonPickaxe for Level 1 Crafters & Level 5 Miners
Crafting EXP is now fixed, resolved by Bukkit.
SkillTNT - miners can now place and detonate TNT.
Block damage from TNT is currently disabled.
SkillBlink won't teleport into blocks anymore, apparently it was bugged. Thanks @alexhoff1 for reporting.
Slayer title is now obtained at 50 killstreak
Assassin title is now obtained at 25 killstreak
Removed ability to gain Failure title

Ranger:
Slightly lowered the starting hp.
Increased passive mana regen by 1.
Slightly lowered overall arrow dmg.

Bard:
Reduced all mana cost across the board by 20-30%
Wisdom no longer requires mana to activate, now uses stam.

Bug Fixes:
Casting issue resolved.

Could this also be granted to Miners? Seriously, they need to be hit with the love stick a little more.
