Suggestion Paid Steeds

My idea is:

At Central you can buy a horse for about 100-350 Souls that you can summon whenever you want using a call of some sort or something. However, the horse is extremely vulnerable and every time it died, you have to bid a new one. It would be much easier for slower classes to get around faster.
The horses cannot be used in combat.

Short suggestion, but then again, most of my suggestions are short.
