Need town theme ideas

So I might start making a town on Halloween and stuff. So I was wondering if anyone had any themes for the town.

Current ideas:

• All tree town
• All Cake/wool town
• Submarine town <== not sure about this one
• Something in the air? idk

Something I will always remember of, when thinking about Halloween in video games, are the dark plains of Poporia and it's dungeons and sights in TERA Online:

Especially the Eldritch Academy, which is a lvling area in Poporia, looks like a modified copy of Hogwarts, but with more Halloween feeling to it.

If I would be to build a Halloween village, I'd use this as my inspiration.

Mechanical stone fortress? My town Conduit back in Haven was a group of floating islands and was really unfair for raiders to get in...
