1. Get whitelisted
2. Apply for the beginning staff positions

Yes I understand, a Moderator in-game explained to me the exact explanation you have given me.
However he/she belittled my application, and is telling me with reassurance that my chances are very slim.

I will apply for a simple position when I feel I have gained the balanced amount of gametime and knowledge of the community..
