Bug Minecraft Crashing next to Exchange

So I have found out that whenever I approach within 50 blocks of the Soul Exchange my Minecraft will crash..

This happens very consistently, and is getting very annoying. I dont think this is a global problem for other players but it is definitely very annoying.

Does anyone know if there is any kind of unique entity or block or something at the Exchange that will crash me when I get very close to it?

If anyone have any idea how to fix this issue that'd be great.

Is your minecraft modded and/or mofiied ( except for the ingame setting) ? Is it updated ?
Also , a log of the error would be nice to identify the problem.

I use Liteloader with Macro Mod, Optifine and Rei's Minimap

Update your java, get more ram, get a better gpu - possible fixes

Does it crash and close , or does it actually shows a screen with lot of text on it ?

I log in, and then after like 1 second the client closes completely.

It never shows me any screen with text on it
