How long have you been on Herocraft?: Since June 5th 2011, so little over a year.
Why do you think you would make a good guide?: The main reason I want to be a guide is to give back to the server. I have been banned for a total of 4-5 months and have caused havoc to members new and old. In some of your eyes I might be labeled as a troll or a dick but I really am not anymore. Back on Zeal I exploited and did everything I could to cause hell, but this map is completely different. Instead of killing noobs on the popular roads I offer them food, any items I have on me, or even a spot in my town. You might be wondering but why now? Why change? I have realized how much people have helped me to make this server my home. Starting with @Domitius for whitelisting me to @Neotetro in D101 for taking in a noob to @barnabus in rangpur for letting all of the tc join and then this map to @Graink for letting me make my own town in his kingdom. Now to address those of you who think I'm a troll. I am in no way a bad troll, I do not make fun of people. I understand if you think I'm one but in my eyes I'm more of a happy troll. As a guide I would make herocraft a pleasant time for the new member by maybe cracking a joke while I'm on a tour or leading the new player on a safari hunt through a forest to try and find food so they can heal. If I were to become a guide my main goal would to make the new player feel at home and want to come back. The main way I feel I can achieve this objective is just being a friend that the pkayer can count on. I know all of this map pretty well including where it's safe for a new player to go to where he shouldn't go until he has specd and can defend himself.
I feel a guide spot would be a great staff position for me because I can still have fun being one. I know if I have to give a tour I will know the answers to mostly all of the new players questions and be a friend throughout his whole herocraft experience no matter how many times he kills me.
As a guide I understand I might have to drop something I am doing to show a new player around. I am completely fine with that, it would be my pleasure for herocraft to gain a long time member because I took a moment out of my time to show them around the map and am friendly enough for them to stay.
My last point is my maturity. Last map and some of this map I will admit I was not mature at all. After becoming a mayor I have realized I have to be mature and cater to my members for them to stay. Also I have been granted the great opportunity to being able to be scouted by schools for lacrosse. If I am not mature and I goof around while I am playing lacrosse the schools will just laugh and drop interest me. I will take my job as guide just like I take my job as lacrosse. I know when to be mature but I know when it's a good time to joke around and have a little fun.
Additional info you would like to tell us?: After this weekend I will be free for the rest of the summer. I am really looking forward to a reply on this application. If you have any questions feel free to message me!

Sorry I posted this on my phone so there might be some weird auto corrections. I did my best to catch them before posting.
Response to @Neotetro
I am absolutely up for the challenge! I understand it will be stressful at times but in the end it will be worth it. Taking time out of my day to introduce a new member would be a pleasure of mine, not a job. Thanks for the quick response!
