my town is planning on upping the anney and becoming a hamlet, but we want to secure a trade partner in advance. We will be producing refined soul gems, and would need refined soul harvest, soul potions, or soul grimores. We are also looking for an investor who can give us the money to create out collector, refiner, and shop. They will be payed back with soul gems in a basic 1/.5 ratio of twenty gems / ten potions/harvest/grimores until the debt is payed off.
