Bug Impale

I'm not completely sure if it's a bug or intended but I thought i'd post it to make sure.

As a dragoon we have the skill impale. When fighting a wizard today I realized that when I use impale on them they use blink to get away but it also gets rid of the impale effects.

Like I said, i'm not sure if it is supposed to do this or not.
