Bug Flint & Steel "Restricted to Crafter (10)"

When attempting to light some Netherrack in Shrine with flint & steel, I receive the message "Restricted to Crafter (10)."
Reporting as a bug (Tested as a L50+ Smith, L50+ Farmer, and L60 Merchant).

I know dumping lava was removed on shrine so it can't be used against players - thus keeping with the no pvp idea. I am betting flint & Steel is the same as you can use it to light people on fire :) The only problem is how do we get fires started for decoration or for alchemists and their cauldrons ?

Can use the engineering mechanism to light netherrack on fire with a switch/redstone.

Trying to find a better way.

Is there a way to track such damage to a player? If so, how about allowing fire to be placed and declaring a strict covenant that "any use of flint & steel or lava to inflict harm on a person in Shrine shall result in an immediate suspension/ban from HC." Seems pretty straightforward if that was an option. Players could /pe open with a screenshot of their death and the name of the offender in the unfortunate event that it happened.

Speaking of which @Kainzo the lack of flint and steel created problems in the fact that Cauldrons cannot be created as they require lit logs and doesn't work with Netherrack. So I think we should get cauldrons fixed to work with netherrack too.

The problem here is that you would still be dead, and they could still take anything you had on you/burn anything which is counter to the point of shrine.

This is a far more simplistic and elegant solution. Other than aesthetics there are few reasons to need flint/steel that just lighting netherack with redstone wouldn't solve, and this would fix the only major one in letting alchemists use cauldrons on shrine.

Also I've fixed WG so it won't say you need to be a lvl 10 crafter to use flint & steel next restart on Shrine lol
