Reason for mute: Stating my opinion backed by factual statements.
Your story: I'm opinionated , educated, and don't like being talked down to. About sums it up after the initial warning about being constructive and the " you don't know what your talking about" statement i posted factual statements regarding traffic, page bounce rate, time on page which reinforced my opinion.
After the mute i took my concerns to kainzo himself via pms where we had a slightly productive talk.
