complaint about the ban/mute appeal process

Been noticing a trend in recent appeals where admins just give a curt response that doesnt explain if the player will ever be unbanned/muted or not. I don't think it's asking too much that players who are banned or muted be told if their bans will be lifted, and when, or never. Instead of wasting the players/admins time with countless replies and edits so we can wrestle some sort of answer from them.

I will say at times, I do not give a time frame because frankly I am not sure when I will remove certain mutes. I usually watch the behaviour in the other chats and make a decision based on that.

I have no problem with a response like 'I don't know when your mute will be lifted', just the ones like, 'don't be a tard and you won't get muted' or 'dont troll'. Responses like that make me wonder why do I or other people even bother posting appeals if the staff are just gonna kick us when we're down.

Ah okay, that makes sense.
