My kill streak is currently over 50 and I have not received the title as a reward.

Unfortunately i didn't get u to verify that I had that title in game before I died (due to a internet dc against a lvl 11 caster GRRRR), will this screenshot suffice as proof?

Hrmm, it didnt announce to you that you 'got a title" at 50? I think we can review the logs and fix this, remind me when in game.
