2. Location & Age: I live in the united states and reside in Florida, I am 16 years old
3. Previous Bans from other Servers: I've been banned on a total of four servers, I don't remember the names but i do remember that I was only banned because i asked to be banned 0_0
4. Referral(s)[Optional]: I have not been referred by anyone
5. How did you hear about Herocraft?: I simply typed RPG minecraft server on google and bam i was here
6. Have you voted for Herocraft ?: I have voted
7. Have you subscribed to our YouTube Channel? (Optional): I have subscribed to your channel and watched a few high lvl pvp battles, and I'm very interested
8. Do you agree to the Herocraft EULA & ToS?: I have read and will abide to these rules and terms of service

10. Reason you should be accepted: I should be accepted because i meet all the criteria and can refer 10-15 other players by tomorrow if this server turns out to be as amazing as it seems
