    Possible fixes: Houses don't add Population (You build shack give to new player who wanted it) Add other pop buffing buildings (Similar to Barracks/Inn) or Each house only add 1 pop (1 Pop for 1 player for said house, higher tiers don't add more) Reduce costs of higher tier houses to reflect...

    How? PvP was still around, they chose to leave a server that still offered their playstyle. Removing PvE removes the choice of PvP or PvE, and most of the PvE players DO NOT WANT TO PvP, so they're just going to leave.
