    I think all towns are frozen. Indar and Solitude have been having issues as of late and it seems more and more towns are too.

    Use /to addmember sr:townname Something to that affect works. Try SR, Sr if the above doesn't work. What this does is add the anyone on the super region to the sub region. Meaning you won't have update it. You can still set individual owners
