    Bug Recalling in boat

    When recalling in a boat, cooldown, effects and redstone cost are all taken. The only problem is you don't actually recall. Also the boat is put into your inventory.

    To be honest, I don't see how removing one of the main aspects of Dragoon is a good idea. Also, in all fairness Goon doesn't get anything new from lvl15-lvl35 which demotivates leveling.
