    well that rainmeter theme is based off of windows 8 then, because thats what it looks like. It least one of the earlier dev builds that I used.

    as far as chrome taking up ram goes, it depends on how many tabs you have open. Roughly 15 to 20 tabs take up 1 gig of ram for me in firefox, and thats not even counting the plugin container (which for me takes up another 1/4 to 1/2 gigs) Me in an idle state with about 10 tabs open uses 4...
