    Suggestion Pyromancer tweaks and changes.

    While they do need some tweaking done, it would be really easy to go overboard with it and make them the single best class on the server. IMO a short-term fix would be to give them either a larger hp pool OR a slow/root. Not both. And keep in mind that pyros have only half the abilities...
