    I agree a lot with this. If a town can stay up during periods of player inactivity, the players are more likely to come back than if their town was destroyed and all loot stolen.     How long does it take for a 'town block' to be captured? Saying they have 60hp doesn't help much when we don't know how quickly/easily that depletes.
