    Yes, this is an issue I've seen it happen to many people where they level up to level 21 and are practically stunned in the dungeon and they either get killed by a mob or player.

    Soulsand is easily obtainable if you have a necromancer willing to take you to the nether which is easier then going to the custom biome to get some, because unlike the custom biome the nether naturally generates soulsand
