9/10 what a Mod+ says goes, rarely do we backpedal. Harassment of any kinda is tolerated globally. In private chats people can just kick or ban you from their channel at their leisure, but in public chats such as Trade, Help, Shout, etc, it's a banable and mutebale offense.
