    Suggestion allowed mod: auto-tool

    Not sure if this is a specific mod, but the functionality you describe can be replicated by the macromod. I'm not sure if you're allowed to actually use that macro, but if you did I think it would address Jonsoon's problem as you could exchange a spade for a sword in the macro text.
