Bug TNT not regenerating correctly

Posting a couple examples of when TNT was used and did not regenerate correctly thereafter. The first is a chest that regenerated 90 degrees to where it originally was (you can see the sign), and the second is where a piece of wool regenerated in the place of a piece of glass.

As you know, I am not a fan of TNT on Herocraft and believe it is a detriment to the HC game entirely; nonetheless, if it isn't going to regenerate correctly, I request that it is disabled until it can regenerate correctly.

The chest is a visual glitch the original is still where it was before. Never heard of glass becoming wool, might it have been someone from your town who replaced the glass with wool?

I have used a lot of TNT, only 'glitch' I've seen is the chests having visual glitches, never seen glass turn into wool.
