Bug Powered Rail Ghost

This is on the survival server. Basically mine carts if you place them on powered rails keep hurting themselves/shake/have a seizure it also forces you off of the cart. Also the mine cart gets no power from the powered rails. No Idea what is causing it besides the fact that it only happens on powered rails. Hope it gets fixed soon.

does this only occur if placed on powered rails or does it also do it if you ride over them?

Its both so like if you place it on it shakes and if its on regular rails then transitions to powered rails it'll still shake. Also if its shaking and you hit it sometimes it'll insta break, rather than taking multiple hits like it usually needs to break.
