Suggestion Hero Mod

I remember there was a mod that showed party information, your mana bar and cool downs in a neat gui. I also remember that it was not updated through the years and I would very much enjoy it if someone could recreate the mod (that someone may be me if I feel so entitled but I have no idea how to make mods). Just wanting an update on the progress if any.

@unknownloner handed out the source code for anyone who wanted to update it. Last I heard it wasn't coming back in the iteration we had before.
