As a history nerd I can't let a post like this stand uncorrected.

The Praetorian Guard was an Imperial standing army of the Roman Empire, founded by Octavian, the first Emperor of Rome. Its main purpose was to defend the Emperor in times of crisis and to make sure his authority was unmatched in the political world. The elite Praetorian Guard would always have 9000 man in service stationed in Italy.

I know, but one of the town name ideas was "NHCR" (New Herocaft Republic) as in the NCR from Fallout, seeins as that was discarded and we are named "Praetoria" now, which is the guard of a dictator/cult leader that wants to go back to roman ideas, I'm pretty sure this was the original idea not the historic one.
