3 Seconds CD on void walk is stupid

Its 5 seconds actually and its all about how you use him. If you're going for a 1-2-punch style like I do its the best way to go. He is all about cool downs and Escapes, he is uber squishy early game though

He is Squishy, Hence the Health runes, and such but like most characters, the right summoner can make him OP,

Ezreal is sick! Some mana reg on that guy and you can harass anyone. His passive is also very good!
