i want a fireblast skill for mages, it shoots about 15 fireballs in different directions, they light every mob and player on fire in a 10 block diamater, uses all mana, and it is 3 dmg for every fireball hit and 1 dmg burn rate for 5 seconds.

So you want barrage with weak fireballs.
That could replace blaze.
