Alicubi is the home of Le Phelien Sophia, a guild which is comprised of three orders: Ordinem Temperata Gladio (the order of the tempered sword), Ordinem Aeterna Caminus (the order of the eternal forge) and Ordinem Viventium Scientia (the order of the living knowledge). Le Phelien Sophia can be roughly translated to mean the love of or great quest for wisdom
The order of the tempered sword is combat based and does include some pvp. The order of the eternal forge is centered around building and server beautification. The order of the living knowledge is centered around the gathering of resources and inteligence. There is a great deal of cooperation between the orders.
Mebership is allowed in one order for outsiders and two orders for town members. The guild will offer mission style quests to its members based on the orientation of their order. If your primary concern is trolling and harrassing people this is probably not the place for you. Otherwise we pretty much offer something for everyone.
Ordinem Temperata Gladio (the order of the tempered sword)
Upon applying for membership to this order pledges will be required to either donate 5 enderpearls(hopefully gained through combat and not purchased) or complete three protection assignments. While combat oriented this is a primarily peaceful group. Its main focus will be the protection of build sites both inside and outside town. It will also gaurd miners, farmers and inteligence gatherers outside town. In the unlikely event that a raid of another group becomes necessary the members of this order will be the ones to carry it out.
Ordinem Aeterna Caminus (the order of the eternal forge)
Applicants to this order will be given a building assignment. If the assignment is completed to the satisfaction of the guild council they will be accepted and allowed to accept further missions. The focus of this order will be to beautify the server. They will fill random holes, remove floating trees, and repair damaged landscapes. When monuments and large public structures are being built members will often be offered an opportunity to help. While on building assignment they will most often be gaurded by members of Ordinem Temperata Gladio (the order of the tempered sword). They will also build supply caches and Temple sanctuaries throughout the map to service the other orders.
Ordinem Viventium Scientia (the order of the living knowledge)
This order is primarily a resource and inteligence gathering organization. Applicants will be required to donate 1 stack of wheat, 1 animal, or perform 1 successful reconnaissance. Its members will mine, farm, lure animals and other gathering type functions. This order will also perform routine reconnaissance. They will locate and report on suitable mining locations, and build sites. They will report for each location its coordinates, proximity to towns and herogates what other groups are in the area and their proximity. In the event that a raid of another group becomes necessary this order will recon the area and provide a detailed battle plan.
The orientation of this group is Good/Neutral. We seek no enemies and expect raids to be rare.However we acknowledge that there are some who wish only destruction. Conflicts with these groups may unfortunately become unavoidable.
