I just noticed that...

Is it damaged at all? It looks almost dead

It has around 25% use left, but with Diamond/Unb III that is still around 1k uses I believe

Now thats just scary.

And @Hydroking77, A diamond pickaxe has 1562 uses. and according to the minecraft wiki "For example, an Unbreaking III item has a chance to use up a use of (100/(3+1))% = (100/4)% = 25%, so Unbreaking III should, on average, make a tool last 4 times as long."
This shows the pickaxe should have around 1.5k uses left. My estimate before was the lowest possible use you could get out of it.
