Bug Codex didn't work

Didn't get my usual note from the HeroCraft deities when I ate my enchanter codex. I was in central on the road. That new speed buff was applied. Dunno if that might have had something to do with it. I've used codices before without issue. The speed buff was the only thing different.

I tried to relog. I also changed worlds, and broke blocks. Still a merchant.

Possible issue is the hero admin change command from the codex doesnt get run, I'll go test to see if basic class swapping causes it or not.

The issue is now resolved, some skills werent updated and were throwing these insane errors. Should be fine.
