Attributes for Lost soul class

Do you keep the attributes from your Lost soul class? I have spent a lot of points into different attributes that i wouldn't want passed on to the advanced job i pick at 20. Should i reset before i pick a new class or does it not matter?

You get a new set of attributes for your new class, so don't worry about losing anything
