A Plugin being developed for Dungeon rewards. I.E. you right click a fairly obvious block at the end of the dungeon and get exp/gold rewards (one time use only)
/me makes me happy. Also, just a fair amount of this stuff. I think Herocraft will be a bit more enjoyable for a wider variety of people.
Sweet! Thanks for the notes matt, i was not able to make it. Any news on when the new crafter class will be implemented?
Kainzo said something like most of the stuff discussed in the meeting will happen around the time of official MC release. Before or After
Basically. Patch 2.8 I think he said most of the stuff was going to be in. I'm glad so many people enjoyed my post. Interestingly, whenever I run for an elected office, the only position I can get is secretary/scribe… And it's usually near unanimous. Well, at least I'm good at it (Ran for governor primary in a simulation, only got 30/400 votes XD).
Thanks @Matt5327 for the notes! It will be interesting when Alchemists can finally make real potions!
This seems like A LOT of change to happen, lets just hope these features will be entered/changed gradually.
^This Basically read it if you want the primary source, which I fully recommend since I could have misinterpreted something. I'm just around for the quick basic interpretation with amusing-to-read shorthand (or as shorthand as a computer can get, anyway). Fun fact, I'm T3 and lucky game me voice *slaps lucky*
Thanks for the condensed notes, Factioned kingdoms definately seem like a good idea. I'm curious what the skeleton of bedrock means.
We're thinking of 'build pads' to begin with instead of having fully built castles etc where the kingdoms are located, that way the players that first join the kingdom etc can plan out what they want the main Kingdom buildings to look like instead of needing us to make them up beforehand, that's really all we mean.
What I'm still slightly confused about is this: isn't kingdom essentially the next state in the hierarchy or township (only combining towns)? So essentially when we actually upgrde to Kingdom this is already in effect… So isn't this just making things more complicated than necessary?
Yes but it's going to be re-named the Kingdom referenced in the HTTP is something completely different
The best way to describe them would be 4 factions. Each one would have their own town in the 4 cardinal directions Each town will have a bedrock skeleton and the members of that factions have free reign of what they want the architecture of that faction to be.
