    This shouldn't be necessary. The Optifine jar files are autoinstallers. I recommend first downloading and installing Optifine by simply executing the jar, and then installing LiteLoader. When you install LiteLoader, check the "chain to OptiFine" checkbox. Rei's minimap does have to be installed...
