There has to be some sort of order or no one will be able to be "heard" ((Read)). I am sure if people have questions Kainzo will be willing to give them voice so it can be asked.

I have never been to something like this but it should be heavily moderated so that it doesn't become some complain and rage free for all.

Player that do not meet the above standard of being granted voice will not have the ability to speak during the meeting but will be able to see what is going on. After we have gone through all the topics that have been listed on the minutes we will lift the voice restriction and everyone will be able to comment on their views.
The above is how previous meetings have worked.
