Spec Casters....
If there is a warmup/ raised CD on fireball, I think to match the change for other classes there should be a warmup/ raised CD on melee attacks. This is our bread and butter, our default attack, mess with it and we're screwed. The damage shouldn't be lowered to 15, that's only 4 higher than the...- gooscar
